Returns & Exchanges

Belted Cow Company products are designed to fit well, look great, and bring you years of enjoyment.  If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to make it right.  Do you need a different size, prefer another design, or would like to return a Belted Cow product? No problem.  Please review our return and exchange policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Standard Products (products that have not been modified or changed from how they appear on our website):

  • Products purchased directly from the Belted Cow Company website or store may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different product within 60 days with proof of purchase.
  • Product purchased from one of our retailers may be brought back to the store where it was originally purchased per store policy. If you would prefer to send your product back to Belted Cow directly, please include a check for $7.00 for return shipping. We can exchange but not refund items not purchased directly from the Belted Cow Company.
  • Products sent in for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn and accompanied by all original tags, packing slip or sales receipt.

Nonstandard Products (products that have been changed or modified per customer request):

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for nonstandard products. 

    With opportunity comes responsibility! We are happy to provide you the opportunity to express your unique style by modifying one of our standard products. This may include requesting a different webbing color than standard, different sizing than we offer standard, or designing your own tote.  You get the idea. But please understand one man’s treasure is sometimes another’s….well you know. You can always contact one of our designers to go over your creation before making your purchase. We would enjoy helping you.

Custom Products:

  • Custom products are designed using your logo or artwork on ribbon, embroidery or embossing. We work closely with you to ensure the design, sizing and product selection meet your requirements. Due to the custom-made nature of these products, we are not able to exchange or provide credit for their return.

In the event you think the wrong product was shipped or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact Belted Cow Customer Service within 7 business days of receiving your order at customerservice@beltedcow.com or 1-800-610-3364.  We will work with you to correct your order as quickly as possible.  Please understand, normal wear or damage due to misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Please allow 2 weeks for a Return or Exchange to be processed.

 To Return a Product:

1. Print out the Return or Exchange Form (PDF).
2. Follow the instructions on the form.
3. Send your item along with the completed form to:

If you are exchanging a belt that came in a gift tin, please do not send back the tin.
