Returns & Exchanges

Belted Cow Company products are designed to fit well, look great, and bring you years of enjoyment.  If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to make it right.  Do you need a different size, prefer another design, or would like to return a Belted Cow product? No problem.  Please review our return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Products purchased directly from the Belted Cow Company website or store may be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different product within 60 days with proof of purchase.
  • Products purchased from one of our retailers should be brought back to the store where they were originally purchased according to their store policy.
  • Products sent in for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn and accompanied by all original tags, packing slip or sales receipt.
    All products marked as outlet/sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • We're currently unable to provide prepaid return labels for our international friends. You'll need to arrange return shipping on your own.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return & Exchange Methods

There are two ways to complete a return or exchange.

Easy Returns - the quickest and most convenient way to process your return or exchange.

  • If you selected Easy Returns ($3.98) at the time of purchase: Continue below by selecting the Start Return/Exchange button.
  • If you did NOT select Easy Returns at the time of purchase: For your convenience, Belted Cow Co. will provide you with a return label for $11.00. Continue below by selecting the Start Return/Exchange button.

 


Manual Returns

If you prefer not to use a Belted Cow return label, you may ship your item back to Belted Cow Co. at the address below using your own carrier of choice, at your own expense. Please include a note with your name, sales number, address, phone number, email, and instructions on how you'd like us to proceed.
