Fly fishing is the art of enticing a fish to bite a fly that mimics their natural food sources. For our Freshwater Fish and Flies leather tab ribbon belt we have paired 5 popular freshwater fish species with a fly that is often used to catch them. Featuring a hunter green artisan designed ribbon with the Atlantic Salmon (Grey Ghost Fly), Brook Trout (Mickey Finn Fly), Lake Trout (Muddler Minnow Fly), Brown Trout (Adams Fly), and a Maine favorite, the Rainbow Trout (Royal Wulff Fly). This belt features a hunter green artist-designed signature ribbon stitched onto 100% cotton tan colored webbing and fully stitched leather tabs cut from full grain Latigo leather. We finish each leather tab belt with solid cast brass buckles. Proudly Made in the USA, and upon request, individually shipped in a Belted Cow Gift Tin.

    This is the second of these belts I have bought for my fly fishing husband. He wore the first one so much it got pretty grubby -- but that's on him, it doesn't reflect the quality of the belt, which is excellent. I also bought my college-aged son a belt with what looks at first glance like an unremarkable geometric pattern but is actually red party cups. There is definitely a belt for everyone at this store!
