Merchandise can be returned within 60 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.

Merchandise returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn and accompanied by all original tags, and packing slip or sales receipt. 

Merchandise purchased from one of our retail partners should be returned to the purchase location or contact that retail partner for further instructions. 

Personalized, made-to-order and final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Upon reaching our facility, returns can take 7-10 days to process.  Once we process your return and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It may take 3-5 additional days for your bank to reflect the credit on your account.

Orders should ship within 2 to 3 business days.  Made to Order items require a two-week production time prior to shipping.

Please note that during holidays or high-volume times orders may take longer to ship.
