Maryland State Flag Leather Tab Belt

Maryland's state flag is uniquely distinguishable among other state flags with its vibrant colors and interesting patters. Comprised of four quadrants in alternating black/gold and red/white colors. The black and gold designs represent the coat of arms of George Calvert, also known as the first Lord Baltimore, who along with his son Cecil is credited with the founding of Maryland. The red and white colors with the cross bottony appear in the second and third quarters of the flag. These represent the arms of the Crossland family. Crossland was the family of the mother of George Calvert. A very historic and recognizable flag that makes for a stunning belt! Our Maryland State Flag belt features a gray artisan designed signature ribbon with the state flag stitched onto 100% cotton black webbing and fully stitched leather tabs cut from full grain Latigo leather. We finish each leather tab belt with solid cast brass buckles. Proudly Made in the USA, and upon request, individually shipped in a Belted Cow Gift Tin.
